CAR Turntable Cartridges

Kuzma CAR phono cartridges are manufactured to Kuzma’s specifications by a Japanese company that has been producing cartridges for 50 years. Kuzma supplies the “body,” which it manufactures itself. The company’s approach to cartridge design is also reflected in its other products. The cartridge is constructed of aluminum and brass. This combination of materials results in a rigid construction that is independent of the cartridge’s “cartridge element,” which is supplied by the Japanese. Thanks to this combination, the cartridge reads information from the record without distortion. The CAR cartridge series includes four models: CAR-20, 30, 40, 50, and 60. The sound from Kuzma cartridges is very full-bodied, rich in texture, with wonderfully varied bass. The soundstage offers excellent depth and definition.
