The Etsuro Gin-nezu (silver-gray) is the latest model and
the fourth in the Etsuro series.
Positioned as the most affordable model in the lineup, it fully
embodies Etsuro’s design philosophy and meticulous craftsmanship,
delivering musical performance that easily exceeds
expectations for its class.
It brings you closer to true high-end sound, making the
Etsuro experience more accessible—without compromise. The design and
distinctive “Gin-nezu” (silver-gray) color are among
Japan’s traditional colors. Its calm gray hue,
enhanced by a subtle silver sheen, represents the strength and
elegance hidden within silence.
This color symbolizes the model’s sonic
character—it is not just an exterior finish, but also
reflects the product’s design philosophy and musical expression.
At the heart of the generator is a high-performance
samarium-cobalt magnet, used throughout the Etsuro series.
This rare-earth magnet
is characterized by exceptionally high magnetic energy density
and excellent long-term stability, as well as high
resistance to magnetic degradation caused by temperature fluctuations
or aging.
By utilizing a high magnetic flux density,
the series-shared magnetic circuit enables the creation of
a compact yet highly efficient generator design.
As a result, the cartridge delivers an expressive sound that combines power and
delicacy. It naturally provides fast transient response,
precise reproduction of subtle, low-level signals, and
depth and richness in musical textures.
Based on the fundamental design philosophy that
runs throughout the entire series, the Gin-nezu was built on a solid
foundation that supports its focused and expressive
musical performance. It works perfectly with step-up transformers
and MC amplifiers, ensuring stable system integration.
For the first time in the series, a boron cantilever has been used, ensuring
the speed and resolution that a material with high
rigidity provides. In addition, the diamond microline stylus reproduces
the finest musical details with exceptional precision, capturing
even the most subtle nuances.
The enclosure is crafted from aerospace-grade
Extra Super duralumin, combining Japanese craftsmanship with
advanced materials to unveil a new world of sound.
