TL 2 N
The TL-2N is a transport system that combines a belt drive with modern digital technology. The TL-2N follows the design philosophy of the TL-1 drive, which was introduced in 1991 and was a pioneer among belt-driven systems worldwide. The TL-2N mechanism features two belt drives that move the “laser and disc”—as well as a dual suspension system that reduces internal and external vibrations. This could be described as the integration of analog technology into digital playback. The TL-2N is a typical top-loader turntable. A 120-millimeter tonearm with a 380-gram counterweight is used to stabilize the record. The company has been using this solution for years, and it works perfectly.
