The core of each pin is made of high-temperature-resistant resin with added NCF copolymer. The remaining mechanical insulation components are made from a blend of nylon and glass fibers, with the addition of ceramic nanoparticles, carbon powder, and NCF anti-resonance polymer. The hybrid body consists of an outer hard polymer layer, a braided layer of silver-plated carbon fiber, and a layer of NCF resin. Cables are secured with screws. The conductive/fastening element is made from a “single piece of copper.” Cable diameter: up to 10 mm.
