The Aulos is a two-way construction designed to be placed on a stand. The bass speaker operates in a bass-reflex chamber, with the ports directed forward. The A.M.T. speaker is responsible for processing mid and high frequencies. It is placed in an open channel, allowing sound waves to propagate both forwards and backwards, creating an extraordinarily holographic soundstage. The choice of drivers has resulted in a very balanced sound across the entire frequency range. Those who appreciate a chamber music presentation should undoubtedly take an interest in this design, which allows for a sound that transports the listener directly into the heart of the music.
