The Stabi R is a compact-sized turntable. The interchangeable bases for the arm allow for the use of arms from various brands and lengths. The chassis is made from aluminium. Inside, it features a motor and a power supply system based on an AC converter. The turntable’s bearing is an inverted design with a ruby ball. The motor drives the platter via a non-stretchable belt. The high torque allows for rapid start-up and reaching the required speeds. The platter is made from two pieces of aluminium layered with an acrylic plate to enhance resonance damping, and it weighs 8 kilograms. The turntable can be ordered in various configurations, both in terms of finish and the number of “mounts” for the arm. The Stabi R is a highly versatile design, offering refined sound.
