DS E-1

The DS E-1 is the latest creation from Japanese engineers. It is the entry-level model, yet it offers all the advantages of its more expensive and older counterparts, and—when paired with a “preamplifier”—it is the perfect complement to any analog system. Despite using “merely” an elliptical stylus and the compact design of the equalizer, the result is a sound with a wide dynamic range that is perfectly balanced and rich. The equalizer is equipped with RCA outputs and offers additional equalization that can be selected via a switch on the rear panel. All components (cartridge, preamp) are hand-assembled, and each unit is inspected and tested before leaving the factory.
